Marmorat Shipping Policy

1.  Local Ohio Delivery (Cleveland, Akron, Canton, Columbus, Dayton) Since we are based in Ohio, we offer specialized delivery for our local partners: Direct-to-Shop: Local delivery is available via our own fleet for shops within our Ohio service routes. Mobile Showroom: In many areas of Ohio, you can request a visit from our Mobile Showroom to see products in person before purchase. Free Local Pickup: You can always choose "Local Pickup" at checkout to collect your order directly from our warehouse at no cost.
2. Free Ground Shipping Offer We offer Free Ground Shipping on orders that meet the following criteria: Minimum Purchase: Orders must exceed $400 (before taxes and fees). Weight Limit: Total shipment weight must be under 50 lbs. Coverage: Valid only for commercial addresses within the contiguous 48 United States (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico). Shipping Method: Applied only to standard Ground shipments as determined by Marmorat. 
3. Exclusions to Free Shipping The following do not qualify for free shipping promotions: Residential Deliveries: Shipments to residential addresses may incur additional surcharges. Heavy or Oversized Items: Any order exceeding 50 lbs or requiring LTL Truck Freight. Special Services: Expedited shipping (Overnight, 2-Day), Hazmat materials, and COD fees will be charged regardless of order value. Special Orders: Non-stock items, drop-shipped orders, or custom orders. Dealer Accounts: Wholesale/Dealer accounts are excluded from standard free shipping offers unless otherwise negotiated. 
4. Shipping Terms & Risk of Loss (FOB Origin) FOB Origin: All goods are shipped "FOB Origin." This means the title and risk of loss pass to the Buyer once the package leaves our shipping dock. Inspection Required: Buyer must inspect all packages prior to signing for the shipment. Damage Claims: Any claims for damage or loss must be filed directly with the carrier at the time of receipt. Marmorat is not responsible for damages caused during transit. 
5. Quotes and Additional Fees Shipping Quotes: If you need a shipping estimate before placing an order, please contact us at orders@marmorat.net or use our website's chat feature. Quotes are valid for 5 business days. Expedited Shipping: Available upon request for an additional fee. Fuel Surcharges: Marmorat reserves the right to apply a fuel surcharge on all shipments in the event of rising fuel costs.
